Step 1: Review Admission Requirements

Before applying, please carefully review our admission requirements on the Admissions Page. Ensure you meet the academic, musical proficiency, and age criteria specific to the program you're interested in.

Step 2: Prepare Your Application Materials

To apply, you will need the following materials:

  • Application Form: Complete the online application form on our website.

  • Personal Statement: A 500-word essay explaining your musical background, why you wish to study at the Academy, and your career aspirations.

  • Performance Video: A video audition showcasing your musical talents. Please refer to our Audition Guidelines page for specific repertoire requirements.

  • Academic Transcripts: Official transcripts from your current or most recent school.

  • Application Fee: A non-refundable application fee of $150 must be submitted with your application.

Step 3: Submit Your Application

Once you have prepared all required materials, submit your application through our online portal by the deadline. Late applications may be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.

Step 4: Schedule Your Audition

After reviewing your application, we may invite you for a live audition and interview. Auditions are either in-person or via a live online platform. You will be notified via email to schedule your audition time.

Step 5: Financial Aid and Scholarships

If you are applying for financial aid or scholarships, please submit the necessary forms and documentation by the specified deadlines. 

Step 6: Await Your Admission Decision

Admission decisions are typically made within four weeks after the audition. You will receive an email notification with your admission status.

Step 7: Accept Your Offer

If you are offered admission, congratulations! You will need to accept your offer by the deadline indicated in your admission letter and complete any additional enrollment forms.
